Every Family Deserves Beautiful Photos
I know that booking a professional photo session can feel overwhelming. Maybe your child doesn’t like sitting still, maybe traditional posed photos haven’t worked in the past, or maybe you just want something that feels more natural for your family. Whatever the reason, I want you to know - you’re not alone.
That’s why I do things a little differently. My goal is simple: to make professional photography accessible to all families.
Photography That Works for Your Family
Photo shoots should never feel like a battle or something to “get through.” It should be a relaxed, enjoyable experience where your child feels completely at ease, free to be themselves. There’s no expectation to sit still or pose a certain way. Whether your child wants to run, explore, cuddle a favorite toy, or just be themselves, I’ll capture those moments in a way that feels natural and true to your family.
I bring patience, understanding and the experience to know when to gently guide a session and when to step back. And if things just aren’t working on the day? That’s okay. We try again when your child is ready. Why capture a moment that isn’t a memory you want to keep?
As both an autistic photographer and a parent of an autistic child, I completely understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. And that’s absolutely okay.
Some days, kids just don’t feel like being in front of the camera. If that happens, we pause, take a break, or come back another time. There’s no pressure to “get the shot” if it doesn’t feel right, because your child’s happiness and comfort matter far more than any photo.
The goal isn’t to capture a forced smile. It’s to capture a memory you’ll want to hold onto forever - one where your child is relaxed, happy, and completely themselves.
Why This Matters to Me
I know firsthand how special it is to have beautiful portraits of your child as they grow. I’ve experienced it with my own son. Not just the photos themselves, but the joy of sharing an experience together, exploring new places, and creating memories along the way.
That’s what I want to give to other families: a chance to enjoy a unique, fun experience with their child without the usual worries of “will this work for us?” or “what if it doesn’t go as planned?” Because if it doesn’t, that’s okay too. No pressure, no judgment and the opportunity to try again.
This is why I’ve made it my goal to ensure every family has the chance to have beautiful portraits of their child growing up. And as I grow my business, I’ll keep working to make professional photography even more accessible, inclusive, and stress-free for families like mine and yours.
