Photography doesn’t have to be about forced smiles or rigid poses. My approach to portait photography is all about creating a fun, relaxed experience that allows your child’s personality to shine. And being based in the Cotswolds means we have access to an abundance of stunning locations, perfect for exploring and capturing memorable photo shoots together.

I love to create images that give the feel of a storybook or cinematic moment. Where every image is thoughtfully composed with attention to light, colour, and concept. I love to encourage imaginative play and interactive ideas during photo sessions, allowing children to engage with their surroundings and step into a world where they can be heroes, adventurers, or dreamers.

Photography should be an enjoyable experience for every child, not something overwhelming or stressful. That’s why I offer sensory friendly, child-led photo shoots designed to be relaxed, flexible and free from pressure.

As an autistic photographer and parent, I understand how important it is to create a calm, comfortable environment where children can truly be themselves. Sensory friendly photo shoots aren’t just for autistic children - it benefits all children by allowing them to explore, play and engage at their own pace, without the expectation of sitting still or posing in a certain way.

I tailor each session to each child, choosing suitable locations, giving plenty of time for breaks and using a gentle, patient approach. If a session needs to pause or even try again another day, that’s completely okay - because the best photos come from moments that feel natural, not forced.

If your child is struggling on the scheduled day and it’s clear that continuing the session would cause distress, I offer flexible rescheduling. This option allows us to rebook a future date and try again, ensuring that your child is comfortable and not overwhelmed during the session. I want to make sure the experience is enjoyable for everyone and we can take our time to create beautiful memories at a pace that suits your child. Please note, this offer is available when I determine that continuing the session would not be in your child’s best interest and is designed to ensure a stress-free experience. While I can’t offer re-shoots for all situations, I want to ensure your child’s well-being is the top priority.

I’m a child photographer based in the beautiful Cotswolds, and I love capturing the magic of childhood through my lens. As a parent and an autistic adult with an autistic son, I know how important it is to create a comfortable, sensory-friendly environment where kids can be themselves. My son, who often inspires my ideas and even models for me, has taught me the value of letting kids’ unique personalities shine through in each photo.

I know that many families can find traditional photo shoots stressful, but I’ve designed my sessions to be the opposite. My approach focuses on natural moments, fun adventures and artistic storytelling. I work with you to create an experience that’s relaxed, enjoyable, and completely tailored to your family.
